isolated seniors, and resource-limited small and medium enterprises (SMEs), our mission is to empower those too often left on the margins.

We provide tutoring, coaching, and mentoring services; incubate new businesses through training and microgrants; and build intergenerational networks that reduce social isolation and foster economic independence. Operating primarily in Florida and Puerto Rico — where aging populations, youth migration, and economic challenges converge — G-BISE combines
compassionate outreach with strategic program design to produce measurable impact.
