Our initiatives serve as lifelines for individuals navigating complex realities, from autistic adults facing staggering unemployment rates to aging populations experiencing deepening social isolation. We also champion the entrepreneurial spirit of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in economically challenged regions, providing incubation programs, mentorship, and microgrants to help local businesses thrive.
Based in Florida and Puerto Rico, we are uniquely attuned to the cultural and economic dynamics of these regions, where youth migration, rising diagnoses of adult autism, and an aging population converge. Our work is guided by measurable outcomes, with ambitious goals such as reducing isolation indicators by 60% among seniors, serving over 300 autistic adults annually, and launching over 100 SMEs in our first year. At our core, we believe that intergenerational collaboration and grassroots innovation can transform lives, and we’re here to prove it.

By creating income-generating social enterprises, we ensure the sustainability of our projects. For example, in the case of Ayúdame 3D, the sale of 3D printed prostheses generates income to finance the production of new prostheses for people in need.
Research & Technology
As part of our commitment to community empowerment and inclusive innovation, G-BISE has been working on a case study that explores the role of digital design in expanding social impact. This case study focuses on building strategic frameworks that help small businesses not only survive, but thrive through accessible digital tools, branding support, and online infrastructure. G-BISE is developing models that demonstrate how public-private collaboration can uplift underrepresented entrepreneurs and foster long-term economic resilience.
